What can you expect?
- Be responsible for accounts receivable management: Assist with invoice verification and issuance, monitor incoming payments, and handle tasks related to receivables management.
- Take responsibility for payroll and benefits: Prepare monthly payroll using DATEV and serve as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, company cars, and benefits.
- Work on day-to-day finance operations: Assist with monthly and annual financial statements as well as coordination with tax advisors and auditors, while keeping track of relevant deadlines and requirements.
- Create analyses and reports: Prepare financial data for management and business units and support international reporting, controlling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support our international locations: Assist with intercompany transactions and actively contribute to international finance and controlling matters.
- Design and optimize processes: Work with the team to identify opportunities for digitizing finance and HR processes and actively help shape our travel management process, among other initiatives.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration, economics or similar
- You already have some experience in accounts receivable and payroll, and ideally have worked with DATEV software before
- You are an empathetic team player with an independent, structured and careful way of working as well as an efficient work organization
- You have a strong understanding of numbers as well as very good analytical and communication skills
- You are business fluent in German and English
