What can you expect?
- Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure the applications work reliably in practice
- Develop on-premises AI solutions that run within our clients’ infrastructure and meet their requirements for data protection, security and compatibility with existing systems
- Develop and test robust backends, microservices and APIs (REST, GraphQL and others)
- Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews
- Improve workflows and introduce automated testing and CI/CD processes to maintain high software quality
- Work in ambitious, professional project teams and support complex development projects through every phase
- Share and expand your expertise through workshops and coaching within your department
Your profile
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- Initial experience in software development, ideally with Java, Python, C++ or C#
- Practical exposure to the integration and use of on-premises and cloud-based AI
- An understanding of how current LLMs work, including their strengths and limitations
- Enthusiasm for complex systems and the drive to understand, test and continuously improve the software you develop
- Willingness to travel for client projects across the DACH region
- Professional fluency in German and fluency in English
