Consultant Measurement Technology & Measurement System Development

• Analyse, model, and design complex measurement systems and develop optical measurement methods for sophisticated systems, components, and assemblies
• Investigate measurement uncertainties, optimise existing measurement systems, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement processes
• Design and program automation solutions for existing and new measurement processes and support their transition into operational use
• Continuously develop technologies and methods and document results, processes, and findings in a clear and traceable manner
• Identify technical risks and weaknesses during the development and series-production phases and develop targeted improvements and solutions
• Work as part of interdisciplinary project teams, take ownership of your topics, and continuously expand your technical expertise through workshops and professional exchange

• A university degree in physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study
• A strong understanding of physical and technical principles and interdependencies
• Good programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or comparable tools
• Initial experience in the modelling, analysis, and simulation of measurement systems is an advantage
• An interest in high-precision technologies, cleanroom processes, sensor technology, calibration, and working with sensitive components
• Strong communication skills and an interest in collaborating with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external development partners
• Willingness to travel within Germany for project assignments at our clients’ sites
• Business-fluent German and fluent English skills
