As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.

What can you expect?

• Take ownership as a project manager in technical and industrial environments
• Manage traditional and agile projects within R&D, engineering or production areas
• Create change: Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of hardware, software and mechanics
• Generate impact: Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools for project management
• Work operationally: As a project manager, optimize cooperation with customers' suppliers in terms of time, cost and quality
• Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Help building INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional, international teams
• Share and expand your technical expertise: A steep learning curve awaits you through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
• Minimum three years of experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
• Strong skills in planning, reporting, documentation & risk handling
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
