Was erwartet dich?

Übernimm Verantwortung als Projektmanager in anspruchsvollen Großbauprojekten (z. B. Infrastruktur, Kraftwerke, Industrieanlagen) und sorge für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
Bringe deine Erfahrung aus dem Bauingenieurwesen ein und steuere operative Projektabläufe mit mehreren Stakeholdern und Zulieferern
Gestalte den Wandel: Wende agile und klassische Projektmanagementmethoden an – sowohl im Bauumfeld als auch perspektivisch in Entwicklungsprojekten unserer Kernbranchen (E-Mobilität, autonomes Fahren, Medizintechnik, digitale Transformation)
Generiere Impact: Entwickle und implementiere Prozesse, Methoden und Tools für ein effizientes Projektmanagement
Wissensaustausch und Mentoring: Teile dein Fachwissen in Workshops, Coachings und Projekten und lerne gleichzeitig von anderen Experten
Persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung: Wachse in einem technologisch führenden Umfeld, knüpfe Kontakte und gestalte Innovationen in den unterschiedlichsten Branchen

Was bringst du mit?

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit technischem Bezug
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von Bauprojekten – idealerweise Großbauprojekte mit komplexen Strukturen
Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Interesse, deine Expertise perspektivisch auch in Entwicklungsprojekten außerhalb der Bauindustrie einzubringen
Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) sowie gängigen Tools (z. B. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) sind ein Plus
Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein professionelles Stakeholder-Management
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort bei unseren Kunden sowie Reisebereitschaft
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?

Take on responsibility as a project manager in challenging large-scale construction projects (e.g., infrastructure, power plants, industrial facilities) and ensure successful implementation in terms of time, cost, and quality
Contribute your experience in civil engineering and manage operational project processes with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Shape change: Apply agile and classic project management methods – both in the construction environment and, looking ahead, in development projects in our core industries (e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation)
Generate impact: Develop and implement processes, methods, and tools for efficient project management
Knowledge sharing and mentoring: Share your expertise in workshops, coaching sessions, and projects while learning from other experts
Personal and professional development: Grow in a technologically leading environment, network, and shape innovations in a wide range of industries

Your profile

Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical degree programme
At least 3 years of experience in the operational implementation of construction projects – ideally large-scale construction projects with complex structures
Basic technical understanding and interest in applying your expertise to development projects outside the construction industry in the future
Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and professional stakeholder management
Willingness to work on site at our customers' premises and to travel
Business fluent German and fluent English
