Was erwartet dich?
  • Übernimm strategische und operative Verantwortung als Projektmanager im internationalen Umfeld von E-Mobilität, autonomem Fahren, Medizintechnik und digitaler Transformation
  • Gestalte den Wandel: Steuere agile und klassische Projektteams in der Entwicklung komplexer Systeme in den Bereichen Hardware, Software und Mechanik
  • Generiere Impact: Entwickle und implementiere standardisierte Prozesse, Methoden und Tools für das Projektmanagement
  • Arbeite operativ: Optimiere als Projektmanager die Zusammenarbeit mit den Zulieferern der Kunden in den Bereichen Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
  • Sei Teil der INVENSITY Erfolgsgeschichte: Arbeite in ambitionierten und professionellen Projektteams und begleite unsere Projekte erfolgreich durch sämtliche Phasen 
  • Teile und erweitere Dein fachliches Know-how: Durch Workshops und Coachings innerhalb deiner Fachabteilung erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve
Was bringst du mit?
  • Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie ein technisches Grundverständnis
  • Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban, Jira oder Azure DevOps sind ein Plus
  • Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

Your profile
  • Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar fields of study
  • Initial experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
