Gewinne wertvolle Einblicke in Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling und arbeite aktiv bei Teilprojekten der Debitoren- und Kreditorenseite mit
Steuere Finanzprozesse: Übernimm Verantwortung bei der Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen und stelle die Einhaltung steuerlicher und unternehmensinterner Vorgaben sicher
Unterstütze bei der Pflege, Validierung und Analyse von Stammdaten (DATEV), um die Grundlage für präzise Finanzentscheidungen zu schaffen
Setze Impulse im Controlling: Hilf beim Aufbau eines strukturierten Projektcontrollings, entwickle Kennzahlen und Dashboards und unterstütze die Finanzabteilung mit aussagekräftigen Reportings
Treibe die Digitalisierung im Finance-Bereich voran: Erkenne Potenziale zur Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen und bringe innovative Lösungen ein

Was bringst du mit?

Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Accounting & Finance oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
Erste Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen und Controlling von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen (insb. Excel), der Software DATEV und VBA sind ein Plus
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytische Fähigkeiten, Hands-On-Mentalität sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?

Expand and Share Your Finance Knowledge: Gain valuable insights into Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling, and take responsibility for subprojects in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Manage Financial Processes: Take ownership of reviewing and processing travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal company policies.
Support Data Maintenance, Validation, and Analysis: Work with master data (DATEV) to create a solid foundation for precise financial decision-making.
Drive Controlling Initiatives: Assist in establishing structured project controlling, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, and support the finance department with insightful reporting.
Advance Digitalization in Finance: Identify opportunities for automating financial processes and contribute innovative solutions.

Your profile

Studying business administration, economics, accounting & finance or similar fields of study
Initial experience in accounting and controlling is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel), DATEV software and VBA is a plus
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a careful and structured way of working
Business fluent German and fluent English skills
