Was erwartet dich?
  • Workshops & Technologietransfer Bereite komplexe ML-/LLM-Themen verständlich auf, leite KI-Workshops und Trainings und befähige Fachbereiche, KI effektiv im Alltag einzusetzen 
  • Technical Due Diligence in M&A: Analysiere Technologieplattformen, Software-Stacks und KI-Strategien in Projekten für M&A- und Private-Equity-Kunden, bewerte Risiken und identifiziere Investitionschancen
  • AI & Software-Innovation: Konzipiere und entwickle Software- und KI-Lösungen, baue Prototypen und überführe ML- sowie LLM-Modelle in den produktiven Einsatz
  • Process Transformation & Optimization: Analysiere bestehende Prozesse, identifiziere Automatisierungs- und Effizienzpotenziale und begleite die Umsetzung in den Fachbereichen 
  • Arbeite mit Python, gängigen ML-Frameworks (z.B. scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Pytorch) und Cloud-/MLOps-Tools
  • AI Governance & Digital Compliance: Berate unsere Kunden zu verantwortungsvollem KI-Einsatz, etabliere AI Governance-Strukturen und berücksichtige gesetzliche sowie ethische Anforderungen an Digital Compliance 
  • Teile und erweitere Dein fachliches Know-how: Durch Workshops und Coachings innerhalb deiner Fachabteilung erwartet dich eine steile Lernkurve
Was bringst du mit?
  • Studienabschluss in Physik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen   
  • Praktischer Erfahrungen in mind. einer Programmiersprache (z.B. Python, Java oder JavaScript) und mit gängigen ML-/AI-Frameworks (z.B. TensorFlow, Pytorch, Ollama, N8N, LangChain)    
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Large Language Models (LLMs) und Interesse an Themen wie Reinforcement Learning und MLOps   
  • Interesse, sowohl technische als auch strategische Perspektiven einzunehmen – von der Softwareentwicklung bis zur Technologieanalyse im M&A-Kontext    
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, komplexe technische Inhalte praxisnah zu vermitteln - insbesondere in Workshops und Kundenprojekten    
  • Reisebereitschaft für nationale Projekteinsätze bei unseren Kunden    
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse

What can you expect?
  • Workshops & Technology Transfer: Translate complex ML/LLM topics into clear, actionable insights, run AI workshops and trainings, and enable business teams to apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work
  • Technical Due Diligence in M&A: Analyze technology platforms, software stacks, and AI strategies in projects for M&A and private equity clients, assess risks, and identify investment opportunities
  • AI & Software Innovation: Design and develop software and AI solutions, build prototypes, and bring ML and LLM models into production
  • Process Transformation & Optimization: Analyze existing processes, identify automation and efficiency opportunities, and support implementation within the business teams
  • Work with Python, common ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud/MLOps tools
  • AI Governance & Digital Compliance: Advise clients on responsible AI use, establish AI governance structures, and ensure legal and ethical requirements for digital compliance are met
  • Share and grow your expertise: Benefit from a steep learning curve through internal workshops and coaching within your practice area
Your profile
  • University degree in Physics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field of study
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) and common ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ollama, n8n, LangChain)
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and interest in topics such as Reinforcement Learning and MLOps
  • Interest in combining both technical and strategic perspectives — from software development to technology analysis in an M&A context
  • Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in translating complex technical topics into practical insights — especially in workshops and client projects
  • Willingness to travel for national client projects
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English skills
