As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively shape our sales activities, open up new business areas and help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.
What can you expect?

  • Be a pioneer: Drive INVENSITY's market entry in Scandinavia by identifying and acquiring strategic cooperation partners in the automotive, software and systems development industries
  • Proactively acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and by following up on warm leads
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and service demo to potential clients, showcasing the value of INVENSITY's engineering and technology expertise
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to to closing the deal
  • Develop networking strategies and represent INVENSITY to decision makers in the industry, including attending relevant events and conferences
  • Work closely with our engineering consultants and global experts to unlock client potential and create tailored solutions

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, sales, management or a related field - ideally first first-hand experience in client acquisition (e.g. cold calling, prospecting)
  • Driven and persistent when cold-calling and generating new business opportunities from scratch
  • Excited about the “green field” and passionate about building something new
  • Eager to take ownership and actively shape INVENSITY’s growth in the Scandinavian region
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify industry needs and connect with relevant players
  • Enthusiastic for new technologies and their potential impact on the industry
  • Fluent in English and Swedish 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
